A surface treatment designed for large productions
KleinDIA it is an anti-friction DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating that allows to face the problems related to abrasion, sliding and chemical aggression.
It is deposited at a low temperature with one thickness of about 1 micron , therefore it does not alter in any way the characteristics of the tool or knife to which it is applied.
The high hardness arises from the simultaneous presence of hybridized carbon SP2 + SP3 (graphite + diamond) .
The numerous tests carried out confirm very high performance both for the machining of panels, chipboards, MDF, bilaminates and also for working solid wood .
The low coefficient of friction allows for improved machining in the absence of lubricant on aluminum And plastics .
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
