The TORNADO ring nut favors the suction of dust and shavings during nesting and routing. Easy to mount directly on the cone instead of the standard ring nut, the new "Tornado®" conveyor ring allows you to solve the problem of wood dust and formaldehyde, which are harmful to health, by conveying them easily from the workpiece to the system. centralized suction of the numerically controlled machines, thus avoiding that it accumulates in the workpiece so as not to have to go through it a second time with the relative waste of time.
Available in the versions: ø80 mm - ø92 mm (designed for those with space problems when changing the machine tool) - ø98 mm
Made of light alloy
Surface hardening treatment to avoid wear and increase durability, for better chip evacuation.
Suitable for all types of standard cone (ISO, BT, HSK ..) and standard cutters (without the aid of adapters!)
Max tool diameter: Tornado ø98 = 70 mm / Tornado ø92 = 68 mm / Tornado ø80 = 60 mm
Optimal distance from the work surface is 2 mm. Works effectively up to 10mm.
Maximum rotation speed 20,000 RPM (18,000 rpm recommended)
